An Early Spring

Although Spring does not officially begin until March 21, it
has been very springlike here for a couple of weeks.
Green grass, bright blues skies, birds
singing in the trees, and 80 degree weather.
I couldn't resist posting some pictures that I took outside today!

A white flowering bush.

This bush in our yard is overloaded with these gorgeous flowers.
Bumble bees are buzzing everywhere!

I'm not sure what kind of flower this is, but it is really pretty!

Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the
name of the LORD.
Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time
forth and for evermore.
From the rising of the sun unto the going
down of the same the LORD's name is to be praised.
The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,
Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in
heaven, and in the earth? Psalm 113:1-6

What lovely pictures. My little sister would love that pink bush! It is very 'springy' in England too. I don't blame you for wearing flip-flops either; they are so handy and easy to put on quickly!

Blessings,
Anna

P.S. I have awarded your blog at my blog. :)

Thanks for the beautiful pictures! I miss the flowers, though I did enjoy wading in puddles of melted snow in the sunshine today.

How pretty! I hope that some flowers start blooming around here soon. We have robins all over the place and it's finally started to warm up a little.
