Your Favorite

I thought that it would be interesting to ask everyone a question.

What is one of your most favorite quotes?

One of mine is a quote from Martin Luther:

All who call on God in true faith, earnestly from the heart,
will certainly be heard,
and will receive what they have asked and desired.

One of my favorites is "Only one life twill soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last."
I'm not sure who wrote it... Thank you for sharing your favorite as well!

I have no idea what my absolute favorite quote is... The first fave that comes to mind is Elisabeth Elliot's quote: "Being a woman doesn't make me a different kind of Christian, but being a Christian should make me a different kind of woman." At least, I think it was Elisabeth Elliot.

Hmm... I'm not really sure. Here is one quote that I like, though: "Abiding joy does not depend upon what's happening around us; it exists because of the One who's living in us." B.J. Hoff.

This is hard! There are so many quotes I love, but one I enjoy is:

"God has not called me to be successful, He has called me to be faithful," ~ Mother Theresa

As for an answer to your question in your comment, most of the pictures were taken by myself and my mom. :-)

Well, not sure! One I like very much says,

"If wisdom's ways you wisely seek,
Five things observe with care:
To whom you speak,
Of whom you speak,
And how, and when, and where."

There are lots I like, but this one is lovely! =)

I love quotes!! So that's why I've delayed several days in posting because it's hard to think of a favorite. I love ones that make me think. That said, here is one to think about:

My God, make me one who cares not what others think of me, but what You think of me, and what others think of You because of me. ~ Alyssa Colby

I have so many more I could share, but I hope that one is encouraging to you! :)
