DELICIOUS SUMMER PASTA SALAD
8 oz. corkscrew pasta (cooked as directed)
1 c. ham, cut into chunks
1 c. broccoli flowers
1 Yellow pepper, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
1/2 c. chopped carrots
Ranch dressing
Mix all of the above. Pour Ranch dressing over and stir to coat. Chill until serving.

Peppers in pasta salad (especially green ones) can actually be pretty good...=) I usually don't care for cooked peppers though! =) Thanks for the comment, it was nice talking to you this afternoon!
