A couple nights ago I was driving down a winding country road,
when a rabbit came hopping across the left lane. It was nearly
struck by our vehicle, but I managed to narrowly miss it...
I sighed and (without much thinking,) quickly said to my passenger,
"I missed it by a hair!" In other words, I missed the hare by a hair! LOL. :)
